Is my order discreet?
Absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding, logos, or indication of what's inside. What's inside is your business — nobody else's.
What materials are your products made from?
All our products are made from body-safe materials including medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, and non-porous materials that are easy to clean and safe for intimate use. We never stock products containing phthalates or harmful chemicals.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders: 2–5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders are dispatched same day if placed before 2pm Monday–Friday.
How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping will be available soon.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. Damaged or defective items can be replaced free of charge within 14 days. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days (25% restocking fee applies). See our Returns Policy page for full details.
Do I need to be 18+ to shop?
Yes. Séduction is an adults-only store. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.

Your purchase will appear as "SEDUCTION" on your bank statement — not as anything explicit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at support@seductionboutique.co.uk.
How do I clean and care for my products?
Clean before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use water-based lubricants with silicone products. See our Intimate Care Guide for full details.
