Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.

Discreet Packaging All Séduction orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. No indication of contents on the outside. Return address shows only a discreet trading name.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@seductionboutique.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — if the order hasn't been dispatched, we can update it.
