At Séduction Boutique, your satisfaction matters — but so does hygiene and safety. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines around returns.

Unwanted Items

You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging (including shrink wrap and seals)
• Items returned in opened or unsealed packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all unwanted returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please email support@seductionboutique.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return before sending anything back. We'll provide our returns address and instructions.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll arrange a free replacement. Please email support@seductionboutique.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the fault
• A photo of the issue if possible

We'll arrange for the faulty item to be collected and a replacement sent out at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Lingerie and hosiery (if packaging has been opened)
• Lubricants and consumables (if seal is broken)
• Any item with a broken hygiene seal

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, the order is subject to our standard returns process.

Klarna Orders

If you paid with Klarna and your return is approved, we'll notify Klarna to adjust or cancel your payment schedule.
